Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou úhrady hospitalizační zdravotní péče pro-střednictvím systému DRG. Zaměření práce je aplikováno na výkony TEP v Nemocnici Havlíčkův Brod, příspěvková organizace. V praktické části jsme se zaměřili na rozbor výkonů TEP kyčlí a kolen, na závislost nákladů na délce hospitalizace a věku pacienta. V práci jsou použity produkční data nemocnice za rok 2019. Abstract:
The dissertation deals with the issue payment DRG system of hospitalizing health care. The focus of the work is applied to surgical procedures in Hospital Havlíčkův Brod. In the practical part we focused on the analysis surgical procedures of hips and knees, depending on the cost of hospitalization and the age of the patient.
