The Institute of the Cooperating Accused in Czech Criminal Proceeding Law, its Meaning and Interpretation
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá institutem spolupracujícího obviněného v českém trestním právu procesním. V první části práce je obsaženo vymezení pojmu tohoto institutu, shrnutí toho v čem spočívá jeho význam, historický vývoj a mezinárodně právní úprava. Ve druhé části je poté analyzována platná právní úprava obsažená v trestní řádu a některých zahraničních právních úprav.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the institute of cooperating accused in the Czech criminal procedural law. The first part contains definition of the concept of this institute, its importance, historical background and international law regulation. The second part consist of the analysis of current legal regulation according to the Czech criminal law statutes and also analysis of some chosen foreign legal systems …more
