The study of conference halls quality according to principles of auditoriology

Abstract:

Congress tourism in Prague contributes the most to generating revenue from tourism, while at the same time conference providers have a significant impact on the choice of conference venue destinations. The aim of this master’s dissertation is therefore to analyze the conference rooms of a selected five-star Prague hotel with respect to the principles of auditoriology. Using the descriptive method and performing subsequent data synthesis, the set hypotheses were rejected. Consequently, the recommendations were proposed to remedy the deficiencies of the researched halls.

Abstract:

Kongresový cestovný ruch v Prahe sa najviac podieľa na príjmoch plynúcich z cestovného ruchu, a zároveň poskytovatelia konferenčných priestorov vplývajú na výber destinácie konania konferencie. Cieľom diplomovej práce je preto analýza konferenčných sál vybraného päťhviezdičkového pražského hotela s ohľadom na zásady auditoriológie. Metódou deskripcie a následnou syntézou dát boli odmietnuté stanovené hypotézy. Následne boli navrhnuté odporúčania na odstránenie nedostatkov skúmaných sál.
