The image of traumatized women in contemporary Czech literature

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je Obraz traumatizovaných žen v současné české literatuře. Zabývá se současnou českou literaturou psanou ženami. Práce se zaměřuje především na knihy Bolavé, Hůlové, Faulerové nebo Hanišové. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části se bakalářské práce zaměřuje na vývoj české literatury od roku 1989 až po nové milénium. V novém miléniu je blíže popsána próza, poezie a drama. V další kapitole je vysvětleno, co vlastně znamená literatura psaná ženami. Poslední teoretická část nese název Medailonky autorek. V nichž je popsán život a díla vybraných autorek. V praktické části je rozebíráno zvolené dílo každé autorky. Jedná se celkem o čtyři prózy, a to konkrétně o Macochu od Petry Hůlové, Do tmy od Anny Bolavé, Houbařka, což je dílo Viktorie Hanišové a poslední knihou je Smrtholka Lucie Faulerové. Studie zkoumá a hodnotí traumatizované ženy v české literatuře. Cílem práce bylo zachytit dnešní ženy české literatury, jež jsou vystaveny traumatickým zážitkům a analyzovat, projevy těchto žen.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is The Image of Traumatized Women in Contemporary Czech Literature. It deals with contemporary Czech literature written by women. The work focuses mainly on books Bolavá, Hůlová, Faulerová or Hanišová. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the development of Czech literature from 1989 to the new millennium. Prose, poetry and drama are described in more detail in the new millennium. The next chapter explains what literature written by women actually means. The last theoretical part is called Medallions of the authors. In which the life and works of selected authors are described. In the practical part, the chosen work of each author is analyzed. There are a total of four prose, namely Macocha by Petra Hůlová, Into the Dark by Anna Bolavá, Mushroom picker, which is the work of Viktoria Hanišová, and the last book is The Death Eater by Lucie Faulerová. The study examines and evaluates traumatized women in Czech literature. The aim of the work was to capture today's women of Czech literature who are exposed to traumatic experiences and to analyze the manifestations of these women.
