ABSTRAKT Nejčastějším poraněním chemickými látkami v dětském věku je poleptání dutiny ústní, avšak stačí nepozornost a následky můžou být mnohem rozsáhlejší. Při určování závažnosti poleptání závisí na typu chemické látky, její koncentraci, požitém množství, rozsahu a především na lokalizaci úrazu. Následky poleptání mohou být tragické. ABSTRACT The most frequent injure by chemical toxicant in childhood is acid burn of oral sinus, if you are just a little bit inattentive, it could be even worse. When you determine seriousness of acid burn, it depends on the type of chemical toxicant, its concentration, quantity of ingestion and on location of injury.
