Implementation of the Modern Logistics Tools of the Lean Management and Supply in Manufacturing Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá implementáciou supermarketu v podniku Scheidt & Bachmann. Implementácia supermarketu má v podniku zrýchliť vychystávanie materiálu pre výrobu a zároveň, ako vedľajší cieľ, sprehľadní zásoby v podniku. Dôvodom implementácie supermarketu v podniku je, že vychystávanie materiálu trvá dlhšiu dobu a zároveň vznikli vysoké odchýlky počas inventúry. Na základe analýzy, ktorá sa skladala z Ishikawa diagramu, Spaghetti diagramu, inventúry, štatistiky vychystávania, ale taktiež z pozorovania pracovníkov skladu, sa podnik rozhodol pre implementáciu supermarketu. Táto implementácia sa skladala z niekoľkých krokov: predstavenie projektu materskej spoločnosti, výber a nákup regálov, inštalácia regálov, príprava podkladov pre supermarket, tvorba pozícií a plnenie supermarketu, preškolenie pracovníkov. V rámci implementácie sa vyskytlo niekoľko nedostatkov, ktoré boli aj vyriešené.

Abstract:

The Master´s Thesis deals with the implementation of supermarket in company Scheidt & Bachamnn. The implementation of supermarket should speed up the preparation of material for assembly, and secondary to make the company´s stock more transparent. The reason of implementation of supermarket is, that the preparation of material takes a longer time and there is large deviation during the inventory. According to the analysis, which was made by Ishikawa diagram, Spaghetti diagram, inventory, statistics of preparation of the material but also of observation of the workers, the company decided to implement a supermarket. The implementation was divided into several parts: the presentation to the mother´s company, selection and purchase of shelves, installation of the shelves, preparation of documents for supermarket, creation of positions and filling the supermarket, training of the workers, During the implementation there were several problems, which were easily solved.
