Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu ochrany obyvatelstva při živelních pohromách. Je rozdělena na dvě základní části, teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je především zaměřena na historický vývoj ochrany obyvatelstva, legislativu a základní pojmy ochrany obyvatelstva.
