According to public data, as of June 2020, nearly 600 Internet hospitals across the country have been listed. In the context of Covid-19, the Internet medical industry has experienced explosive growth. Many outstanding doctors participate in online consultations through the Internet, and Internet medical services are rapidly heating up. The simultaneous increase in industry supply and demand has played a very positive role in promoting the further accelerated development of the Internet medical industry and has also brought opportunities for the development of Internet medical care. Using a variety of market research methods to conduct the survey, and combined with relevant data, it expounds on the use of the Internet medical model by medical institutions, patients' satisfaction with the existing Internet medical platform, and suggestions for improvement and establishes a system that can better meet the needs of the users.
