Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou poskytování subvencí a uplatňování ochranných opatření vůči nim. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda a jakým způsobem jsou subvence regulovány na globální a unijní úrovni a provést analýzu konkrétního sporu EU a nečlenského státu EU z oblasti subvencí. This thesis deals with the granting of subsidies and the application of protective measures against them. The aim of this work was to determine whether and how subsidies are regulated at the global and Union level and carry out an analysis of a particular dispute, the EU and the Non-Member State of the EU in the area of subsidies.
