Customer satisfaction of the B-Fit fitness Frýdek-Místek

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma spokojenost zákazníků s fitness centrem B-Fit fitness Frýdek-Místek, které své služby poskytuje zákazníkům celoročně. Bakalářská práce obsahuje základní seznámení s problematikou, která se týká marketingu poskytování služeb a cílovou skupinou, kterou je zákazník. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je analýza spokojenosti zákazníků B-Fit fitness ve Frýdku-Místku. Na základě této analýzy stanovit a formulovat návrhy s doporučeními, které by vedly ke zvýšení spokojenosti stávajících zákazníků a oslovení zákazníků potencionálních. V praktické části práce byla zahrnuta charakteristika fitness centra, byla provedena SWOT analýza, následně odprezentovány výsledky provedeného dotazníkového šetření a v neposlední řadě byly vytvořeny návrhy s doporučeními, které by po jejich realizaci měly vést k větší spokojenosti ze strany klientely. Provedená analýza odhalila několik nedostatků v podobě nevyhovujících dámských šaten, nedostatečných parkovacích míst a nezřízení sauny. Zároveň ale analýza poukázala na několik silných stránek, které byly kladně hodnoceny. Jedná se například o přístup zaměstnanců a majitelky fitness centra, atmosféry mezi cvičenci a čistotou uvnitř fitness centra.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on customer satisfaction with the fitness centre B-Fit fitness Frýdek-Místek, which provides its services to customers all year round. The bachelor thesis contains a basic introductions to the issues related to the marketing of service provisions and the target group, which is the customer. The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the customer satisfaction of B-Fit fitness in Frýdek-Místek. The basis of this analysis is to possibly determine and formulate suggestions and recommendations that would lead to increased satisfaction of existing customers and reach potential new customers. The practical part of the thesis included the characteristics of the fitness centre, SWOT analysis was performed. Then, the results of the questionnaire survey were presented. Last but not least, proposals with recommendations were formulated. After their implementation should lead to greater satisfaction of the clientele. The analysis revealed several shortcomings in the form of inadequate ladies' changing rooms, insufficient parking spaces and the non-establishment of a sauna. At the same time, however, the analysis highlighted several strengths that were positively assessed. These include the attitude of the staff and the owner of the fitness centre, the atmosphere among the exercisers and the cleanliness inside the fitness centre.
