Abstract:
Aktivní místa enzymů jsou spojena s okolním prostředím sítí kanálů/tunelů, které prostupují strukturou proteinu. Navzdory naší znalosti enzymatické funkce a struktury je fenomén enzymatických kanálů v obecné rovině poměrně málo studovaný.
