Biodiversity of jelly fungi in Plzeň Region (West Bohemia)
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce byl důkladný mykologický průzkum rosoloidních hub Plzeňského kraje. V období od září 2016 do února 2018 proběhlo celkem 23 vlastních sběrů, byly zrevidovány položky Západočeského muzea v Plzni a položky umístěné v herbáři na CBG v Plzni. Byly sepsány záznamy inventarizačních, bakalářských a diplomových prací. Celkem bylo určeno 26 druhů, z toho 4 druhy uvedené v Červeném …more
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was thorough mycological research of the jelly fungi of Pilsen region. This research was realized since September 2016 until February 2018 and 23 collections were performed, some items of the West Bohemian Museum and of the centre of biology (Faculty of Education) were revised.
