Project of Increse Output of Curing Hall in the Continental Barum s.r.o.
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zvýšení výstupu lisovny ve výrobní hale High Tech 2 ve společnosti Continental Barum s.r.o. s pomocí metod průmyslového inženýrství a zlepšovatelských iniciativ. Záměrem projektu je snížení strojních časů, eliminace plýtvání, vytvoření analýzy současné-ho stavu, vytvoření nápravných opatření.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on increse output of curing hall at the workplace High Tech 2 in the Continental Barum s.r.o. with help of methods of industrial engineering and innovation initiatives. The aim of the project is to reduce the time of machine cycles, elimination of wastes, reali-zation of analysis of the current status, creating corrective measures.
