Complex Nursing Care in a Pediatric Neuroblastoma Patient Treated with Dinutuximab Beta

Abstract:

PECHAROVÁ, Barbora. Komplexní ošetřovatelská péče u dětského pacienta s neuroblastomem při léčbě Dinutuximabem beta. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Karolina Moravcová., Praha. 2021. 66 s. Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je komplexní ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta v předškolním věku s onkologickým onemocněním, a to s neuroblastomem se specifikem při léčbě Quarzibou čili Dinutuximabem beta. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části je stručně popsána historie dětské onkologie, specifika u onkologických dětských pacientů a samotný neuroblastom, jeho rozdělení, příznaky, diagnostika, prognóza a léčba, která je nadále rozšířena o popis léčby neuroblastomu na oddělení Kliniky dětské hemato-onkologie ve Fakultní nemocnici v Motole, kde se daný pacient léčí. Praktická část je psána formou kazuistiky, zaměřené na pacienta předškolního věku s neuroblastomem. Jako vzorový model pro psaní byla zvolena ošetřovatelská dokumentace Marjory Gordonové. Ze získaných informací byly v praktické části stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy, ošetřovatelské plány péče, jejich realizace, zhodnocení a v neposlední řadě jsou také uvedena doporučení pro praxi (všeobecná sestra, pacient, rodič). Ošetřovatelské diagnózy byly popsány podle NANDA I taxonomie II. 2015–2017. Výstupem bakalářské práce bude doporučení pro praxi (pacient, rodina, všeobecná sestra).

PECHAROVÁ, Barbora. Complex Nursing Care for Pediatric Patient with Neuroblastoma in Treatment Using Dinutuximab Beta. Medical College. Degree: Bachelor (Bc.). Supervisor: PhDr. Karolina Moravcová. Prague. 2021. 66 pages.The main topic of the thesis is the complex nursing care for preschool patient with oncological disease, meaning neuroblastoma with specific in treatment using Qarziba or Dinutuximab beta. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part is a brief description of the history of the pediatric oncology, specifics in the oncological pediatric patients and the neuroblastoma itself, its types, symptoms, diagnostics, prognosis and treatment which is further expanded by the description of treatment of a neuroblastoma at the Department of Pediatric Haematology and Oncology in Motol University Hospital, where the patient is receiving treatment. The practical part is written in the form of a case study focused on the preschool patient with neuroblastoma. As a model for writing, the nursing documentation of Marjory Gordon was chosen. From the gathered data were in the practical part established nursing diagnoses, nursing care plans, their realization, evaluation and finally, the recommendations for practice (general nurse, patient, parent) are listed. The nursing diagnoses were described according to the NANDA I taxonomy II. 2015-2017. The output of the thesis are the recommendations for practice (patient, family, general nurse).
