Cílem této práce je seznámení s možnými druhy daňové exekuce.Důraz je dán na exekuci vedenou ne nemovitosti a pojmenování problematických bodů vyskytujících se v této oblasti daňového řízení. Poté je proveden krátký exkurz do připravovaného nového daňového řádu a jeho úpravy daňové exekuce.
