Porovnání vývoje mezd ve vybraném podniku v různých časových obdobích

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce porovnává vývoj mezd ve společnosti ODAST, s.r.o., a to na šesti různých pracovních pozicích. Analyzuje jak se od jejího vzniku, tedy od roku 1992, měnila průměrná hodinová mzda. V hlubším provedení od poloviny roku 2019 do poloviny roku 2020 je znázorněn mzdový list na jednotlivých pozicích. Jednotlivé mzdy daných zaměstnanců jsou srovnávány se mzdami získanými z dotazníkového šetření a dále je porovnáváno, jak mnoho se liší od dané skupiny zaručené mzdy. Autorka prokazuje, že mzdy v dané firmě u jednotlivých zaměstnanců jsou oproti zaručené mzdě nadprůměrné. V neposlední řadě jsou v práci zmíněny personální činnosti, bezpečnost práce a odměňování zaměstnanců. Zde autorka zaměstnavateli doporučuje rozšířit svou škálu odměn, aby své zaměstnance více motivoval anebo dokonce aby mohlo dojít k opětovnému rozšíření firmy. Autorka dochází k závěru, že mzdy v dané firmě jednotlivých zaměstnanců se od jejího vzniku zvyšují.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis compares the development of wages in the company ODAST, s.r.o., in six different job positions. It analyzes how the average hourly wage has changed since its inception, in since 1992. In a deeper version from mid-2019 to mid-2020, the payroll is shown in individual positions. The individual wages of the given employees are further compared with the wages obtained from the questionnaire survey and how much they differ from the given group of guaranteed wages. The author proves that the wages in a given company for individual employees are above average compared to the guaranteed wage. Last but not least, the work mentions personnel activities, work safety and remuneration of employees. Here, the author recommends employers to expand their range of remuneration in order to motivate their employees more or even so that the company can be re-expanded. The author concludes that the wages in a given company of individual employees have been increasing since its inception.
