Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá antimutagenními účinky fenolických kyselin. Teoretická část se zabývá historií a použitím Amesova testu a také jeho využitím při detekci antimutagenních účinků různých látek. Dále se teoretická část zabývá charakteristikou fenolických kyselin a jejich vlastnostmi. V experimentální části byl hodnocen antimutagenní účinek fenolických kyselin. Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis deals with antimutagenicity effects of phenolic acids. The theoretical part deals with its history and using the Ames test and its use in detecting anti-mutagenic effects of various substances. Further, the theoretical part deals with the characterization of phenolic acids and their properties. In the experimental section was evaluated antimutagenicity effect of phenolic acids. …more
