Abstract:
Moje diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vazby a možnostmi jejího nahrazení, které nabízí současný trestní řád. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. V první kapitole pojednávám všeobecně o institutu vazby. Druhá kapitola obsahuje historický vývoj jednotlivých substitutů vazby. My thesis deals with the custody and possibilities of its replacement, provided by the current Penal Code. The work is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter I discuss generally about the institute of custody. The second chapter contains the historical development of substitutes custody.
