Testing the synteny of genes in \kur{Yponomeuta evonymella}

Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to create a physical map of the bird-cherry ermine, Yponomeuta evonymella, chromosome Z1 and chromosome 15 using BAC-FISH mapping.
