A Database for Indexing Molecular Structures
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření databázové knihovny, jež by umožňovala ukládání a indexování předpočítaných dat pro molekulární struktury. Vytvářené indexy mohou být metrické či jiné. Ve teoretické části se zabývá metrickým indexováním a zpracovává seznam metod pro tvorbu metrických indexů.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to create database library that would allow storing and indexing of molecular structure data. Created indices can be metric or other. In its theoretical part, the thesis deals with metric indexing in general. It also lists several methods suitable for creation of metric indices.
