Ozobot - application in mathematics educations

Abstract:

Práce obsahuje popis a představení funkcí robotické hračky Ozobot. Práce se věnuje také vzdělávacím programům a gamifikaci ve výuce. Vyskytují se zde také návrhy k využití Ozobota ve výuce jak na základních, tak na středních školách. Práce dále obsahuje zpracování dotazníkového šetření mezi studenty a pedagogy matematiky, které proběhlo po využití pracovních listů pro Ozoboty ve výuce matematiky. V dotaznících bylo zjišťováno, zda žáci považují Ozobota za atraktivní a motivující školní pomůcku a zda by jej chtěli ve vyučovacích hodinách matematiky využívat častěji. Získaná data byla zpracována pomocí programu Microsoft Excel 365.

Abstract:

The work contains description and introduction of functions of robotic toy Ozobot. The work is also devoted to educational programs and gamification in education. There are also suggestions for using Ozobot in teaching at both primary and secondary schools. The work also contains a questionnaire survey between students and teachers of mathematics, which was carried out after using worksheets for Ozobots in mathematics teaching. The questionnaires examined whether students considered Ozobot an attractive and motivating school tool and whether they would like to use it more often in mathematics lessons. The obtained data were processed using Microsoft Excel 365.
