Physiotherapy at vertebrogenous patient focused on the method of L. Mojzisova

Abstract:

Úvod: Práce je zaměřena na fyzioterapeutické postupy u vertebrogenních pacientů při využití kombinace metody Mojžíšové s dalšími metodami fyzioterapie a fyzikální terapie. Cíl práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je přispět k řešení problematiky vertebrogenního pacienta kombinováním metody dle Ludmily Mojžíšové spolu s dalšími běžně užívanými fyzioterapeutickými postupy, jako jsou např. techniky měkkých tkání, mobilizace periferních kloubů a páteře, metoda (dynamická neuromuskulární stimulace) atd. a poukázat na výhodu tohoto řešení. Metodika: V hlavní části práce jsou zpracovány fyzioterapeutické postupy u probandky doporučené rehabilitačním lékařem k fyzioterapii pro chronické vertebrogenní potíže. Při přijetí probandky bylo využito klasických postupů ve fyzioterapii, jako jsou rozhovor, pozorování, měření, testování, stanovení krátkodobého a dlouhodobého fyzioterapeutického plánu. Výsledky: Kombinací metodiky Mojžíšové, DNS, technikami měkkých tkání, mobilizačních technik a dalších metodik včetně zvolené fyzikální terapie došlo k odeznění bolestí v bederní a pánevní oblasti u probandky, uvolnění přetížených měkkých tkání, mobilizaci kloubů a páteře. Terapie měla pozitivní vliv na úpravu držení těla probandky, jejího dechového stereotypu, zlepšení tělesné a psychické kondice, menstruačního cyklu. Závěr: Kombinování terapie dle Mojžíšové, DNS, Technik měkkých tkání a mobilizací je jedním z mnoha vhodných přístupů při terapii vertebrogenního pacienta. Díky takové kombinaci metodik můžeme získat velmi komplexní a rozmanitý fyzioterapeutický plán pro pacienta srozumitelný a pestrý. Vždy je samozřejmě zapotřebí individuálního přístupu k pacientovi, zhodnocení, zda je schopen danou terapii pochopit a dostatečně zdatný ji fyzicky zvládnout. Nezbytná je aktivní spolupráce pacienta a jeho dostatečná motivace ze strany fyzioterapeuta.

Abstract:

Introduction: The work is focused on physiotherapeutic procedures in vertebrogenic patients using a combination of the methods founded by Ludmila Mojžíšová with other methods of physiotherapy and physical therapy. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to contribute to solving the problem of vertebrogenic patient by combining the method according to Ludmila Mojžíšová together with other commonly used physiotherapeutic procedures, such as soft tissue techniques, mobilization of peripheral joints and spine, DNS method (dynamic neuromuscular stimulation) etc. and point out to the advantage of this solution. Methodology: The main part of the thesis deals with the physiotherapeutic procedures of the subject of research for a subject recommended by a rehabilitation doctor for physiotherapy for chronic vertebrogenic problems are elaborated. Classical procedures in physiotherapy such as interview, observation, measurement, testing, determination of short-term and long-term physiotherapy plan were used when accepting the proband. Results: The combination of Mojžíšová ' s methodology, DNS, soft tissue techniques, mobilization techniques and other methods, including the selected physical tetrapia, the pain in the lumbar and pelvic region of the subject disappeared, the overloaded soft tissues were released, the joints and spine were mobilized. The therapy had a positive effect on the adjustment of the probande's body, her breathing streotype, the improvement of the physical and mental condition, and the menstrual cycle. Conclusion: Combining therapy according to Mojžíšová, DNS, Soft Tissue techniques and Mobilization is one of many suitable approaches in the treatment of a vertebrogenic patient. Thanks to such a combination of methods, we can obtain a very comprehensive and diverse physiotherapy plan that is understandable and varied for the patient. Of course, there is always a need for an individual approach to the patient, evaluation of whether he is able to understand the therapy and be able to handle it physically enough. Active cooperation of the patient and sufficient motivation of the patient by the physiotherapist is necessary.
