Identification of stressful situations in the corporate environment

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast stresu v korporátním prostředí. Hlavním cílem je na základě identifikované míry stresu a stresových situací navrhnout opatření pro HR oddělení korporátní společnosti DHL. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení obecných pojmů stres a zátěž, jejich příznaků, vlivů na lidské zdraví a také na oblast pracovního stresu a jeho zdrojů. V analytické části je zkoumán vliv stresu, jeho projevy a typické stresory v rámci zmiňované společnosti. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky šetření a jsou určeny výstupy této práce, které mohou být užitečné pro společnost jako možný podnět ke změnám směrem ke svým zaměstnancům.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the area of stress in the corporate environment. The main objective is to propose measures for the HR department of the corporate company DHL based on the identified stress levels and stressful situations. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of the general concepts of stress, its symptoms, effects on health, and also on the area of occupational stress and its sources. The analytical part examines the impact of stress, its symptoms, and typical stressors within the corporation. In the conclusion of the thesis, the results of the investigation are summarized, and the outcomes of this work are determined, which can be useful for the corporation as a possible incentive for changes towards its employees.
