Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje poznatky o rozpouštění sulfidických rud s důrazem na biooxidaci arsenopyritu. Zároveň se věnuje metabolismu a toleranci k arsenu u bakterie Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans a separačním metodám, které se využívají pro stanovení sloučenin arsenu a síry s důrazem na kapalinovou chromatografii a hmotnostní spektrometrii. Abstract:
This thesis summarizes knowledge about the dissolution of sulphide ore with an emphasis on arsenopyrite biooxidation. It is also focused on Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and its metabolism and tolerance to arsenic and separation methods used for the determination of arsenic and sulfur compounds with an emphasis on liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry.
