Předmětem bakalářské práce „Posouzení bonity žadatelů o hypoteční úvěr“ je rozbor přístupu komerčních bank k vyhodnocení úvěruschopnosti žadatelů – fyzických osob – o hypoteční úvěr. Teoretická část práce se zabývá stručnou charakteristikou bank, bankovních obchodů, specifiky hypotečních úvěrů a hodnocením bonity fyzických osob.
