e-Government in the process of public services providing

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na elektronizaci veřejné správy v oblasti veřejných služeb. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů v oblasti elektronizace veřejné správy a důležitých projektů v této oblasti. V empirické části jsou analyzovány indexy hodnotící úroveň elektronizace veřejných služeb v České republice a ve státech Evropské unie. Na závěr práce shrnuje a vyhodnocuje získané poznatky.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is focused on electronic public administration in the area of public services. The theoretical part is focusing on definition of basic facts of electronization of public administration and important projects in this area. In the empirical part there are analyzed indexes rating the level of electronization of public services in the Czech Republic and in the states of European Union. In the end the thesis is summarizing acquired knowledge.
