Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá postojem sociálních pracovníků, psychologů a klientů se schizofrenií ke vztahu pomáhajícího pracovníka a klienta a k hranicím v tomto vztahu. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na definování Vztahu a jeho hranic v kontextu různých terapeutických přístupů, dále definuje oblast pomáhajících profesí se zaměřením na sociální práci, duševní onemocnění z okruhu psychóz a sociální práci v oblasti péče o osoby s duševním onemocněním, dále využití těchto poznatků v kontextu tématu vztahu a jeho hranic. Metodická část zpracovává kvalitativní strategie a jejich využití pro provedení výzkumu pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Interpretační část vychází z otevřeného a axiálního kódování v souladu se zakotvenou teorií. Závěrem práce se nachází odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku a využití interpretace odpovědi k doporučení pro praxi a návrhům dalších výzkumů.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on attitude of social workers, psychologists and clients with schizophrenia towards the relationship between helping worker and client with schizophrenia and the boundaries in this relationship. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on defining the relationship and its boundaries in the context of different therapeutic approaches, it defines the area of helping professions with focus on social work, mental illness from the psychosis spectrum and social work with the people with mental illness, these findings are used to describe the theme in context of the relationship and its boundaries. Methodological part processes the qualitative strategies and its use in the research using semi-structured interview. Interpretative part is based on open and axial coding consistent with grounded theory. In conclusion is answer to the main research question and use of the interpretation of the answer for further recommendations in practice and other possible researches.
