Cílem této diplomové práce je pojednat o problematice pojistného podvodu v pojištění motorových vozidel a to jak u havarijního tak i u pojištění odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou provozem vozidla. The goal of this theses is to deal with the problems of insurance fraud in the field of car insurance by both damage insurance and insurance of liability for damage caused by the car operation.
