Tato práce se věnuje možnému vlivu adipokinů na rozvoji nádorové kachexie u dětí. Teoretická část popisuje typy onkologických onemocnění vyskytujících se v dětském věku, nádorovou kachexii, tukovou tkáň a její úlohu při vzniku kachexie. This thesis is focused on the potential role of adipokines in development of cancer cachexia in pediatric patients. The theoretical part describes the types of cancer in children, cancer cachexia, adipose tissue and their possible role in cachexia.
