V této diplomové práci je studována metoda mikrovlnné interferometrie studována hustota plazmatu, tj. koncentrace volných elektronů. In this thesis we study the microwave interferometry diagnostic method for determining the plasma density (concetration of free electrons). While at lower pressures and lower electron concentration is the method well established, we focus on atmospheric discharges with high densities.
