Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem „rodina s dítětem s nařízenou ústavní výchovou“ je věnována problematice rodin s dětmi, které vyrůstají v institucionální výchově. Hlavním tématem práce je ohrožené dítě a rizika jeho vývoje v souvislosti s jeho oddělením od původní biologické rodiny. Z tohoto důvodu je pozornost věnována také jednotlivým formám institucionální výchovy a formám spolupráce s ohroženou rodinou v případě faktického oddělení dítěte od rodiny, zejména využívaným technikám profesionální sociální práce. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na zmapování zkušenosti rodičů se systémem institucionální výchovy. Výzkum formou etnografických rozhovorů a je zaměřen na postihnutí konkrétních problémů, které systém péče o ohrožené děti z pohledu rodičů obnáší. Zaměřuje se především na pohled rodičů na systém péče o ohrožené děti, jejich přístup ke vzájemné spolupráci s ústavním zařízením a odborníky z oblasti péče o děti umístěné v ústavní výchově. Výstupy výzkumného šetření mohou posloužit jako doporučení pro praxi při práce s dětmi s ohrožením odloučení od biologické rodiny.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis called “family with a child with ordered institutional upbringing” is devoted to the issues of families with children, who grow up in institutional upbringing organizations. The main theme of the thesis is an endangered child and the risks of his or her development in connection with the separation from the original biological family. That is the reason why the attention is paid to the individual forms of institutional upbringing and forms of cooperation with the endangered family in case of factual separation of the child and the family, especially by using techniques of professional social work. The practical part of this thesis is focused on the survey of parents' experience with the system of the institutional upbringing. The research is realized by ethnographic interviews and is focused on the revelation of particular problems, which come up from the parents’ point of view. The diploma thesis is focused primarily on the parents’ perspective on the system of care of endangered children, their attitude to the mutual cooperation with the institutional organizations and mainly the specialists who work with children in the organizations. Outcomes of this research may serve as suggestions for working with children endangered by separation of their biological family.
