Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce jsou postupy a úkony při správě daní. Úvodní část je zaměřena na správu daní, její základní zásady a subjekty. Podstatná část práce se pak věnuje právní úpravě postupů v zákonu č. 280/2009, daňový řád, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Dále jsou zkoumány postupy při správě daní v praxi, a to především se zaměřením na jejich vzájemnou provázanost. Práce analyzuje aktuální problémy …more

The procedures and activities in tax administration are the topic of this diploma thesis. The first part is focused on tax administration, its basic principles and subjects. The substantial part of the thesis is devoted to legal regulation of procedures in law no. 280/2009, the Tax Code, as amended.
