Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kázně z pohledu začínajících učitelů na druhém stupni základní školy. This thesis deals with problems of discipline from the perspective of novice teachers at elementary schools. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical.The theoretical section contains four chapters.
