Reconstruction of the historical complex – to the flour mill the 4 *hotel.

Abstract:

Má diplomová práce se ve své teoretické části zabývá obecnou charakteristikou podnikatelského plánu. Již v této části práce se snažím aplikovat teoretické postuláty přímo na daný podnikatelský projekt a všímám si některých zajímavých věcných souvislostí. V praktické části se nejprve věnuji realizaci podnikatelského plánu. V jednotlivých bodech této části mé práce nejprve naznačuji postupnou genezi podnikatelského plánu pana Novosada, seznamuji se záměrem, charakteristikou a právní formou předmětného podnikatelského projektu a s využitím fotografického materiálu se snažím tento projekt názorněji přiblížit. V rámci marketingové analýzy jsem následně provedla SWOT a PEST analýzu s cílem identifikovat silné a slabé stránky, hrozby a příležitosti, resp. zmapovat případné politické ekonomické, sociální či technické vlivy, jež mohou na podnikatelský projekt pana Novosada působit. Charakterizovala jsem potenciální zákazníky a věnovala jsem se také tématu konkurence, uvedení produktu na trh, zajištění odbytu či propagace poskytovaných služeb. V dalším bodě praktické části mé diplomové práce jsem se zabývala personálním zajištěním dotčeného projektu. V posledním bodě mé práce jsem se snažila zamyslet se nad ekonomickými a finančními aspekty podnikatelského projektu pana Novosada, byť je tento projekt teprve na samotném začátku.

Abstract:

My thesis deal (in its theoretical part) with the general characteristics of a business plan. I try to apply the theoretical postulates directly to the business plan of Mr. Novosad and find some factual connections. In the practical part of my thesis, I first deal with the realization of the business plan of Mr. Novosad. In the particular points of this part of my thesis, I try to show the successive genesis of that business plan and also deal with the purpose, legal form and characteristics of that plan using some pictures to make it more demonstrative. Within the marketing analysis, I elaborated the SWOT and PEST analyses in order to identify the stengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats as well as political, economic, social and technical influences that could (eventually) affect the project of Mr. Novosad. I characterized potential customers, dealt with the competition, introduced services provides and tried to show some ways how to effectively advertise for it. I also dealt with staffs acquisition. In the last part of my thesis, I tried to analyse some economic and financial aspects of the business plan of Mr. Novosad despite its being at the very beginning.
