Abstract:

Diplomová práce spočívá ve vyjádření jednotných a osobních rituálů, které nás utváří už od našeho narození. Zkoumám skryté, někdy i téměř nehmotné zvyky každodenního života, které nám mohou být k užitku, ale také mohou vytvářet naše omezení a hraničit tak s obsedantně kompulzivní poruchou. Praktická část diplomové práce sestává z cyklu velkoformátových obrazů, vytvořené odkrývací technikou. Cyklus s názvem Železná košile odhaluje takové lidské jednání, které podléhá zvykové tradici společenství, ve kterém člověk vyrůstá a následně žije.

Abstract:

This master thesis deals with the expression of unified and personal rituals which help to form us since the time we are born. I study hidden, even almost immaterial habits of our everyday life which may be useful to us, but may also create our limitations and thus border with obsessive-compulsive disorder. The practical part of this thesis is formed of a cycle of large works created using preparatory graphic technique. The cycle named The Force of Habit uncovers human behaviour that is governed by the habitual tradition of the society which a person grows up and lives in.
