V bakalárskej práci je podaný ucelený pohľad na systém sociálneho zabezpečenia v Slovenskej republike a na právo sociálneho zabezpečenia. V práci je pozornosť venovaná úrazovému poisteniu, jeho dávkam so zameraním sa na bolestné a náhradám za sťaženie spoločenského uplatnenia.
