Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce předkládá poznatky o transjugulárním intrahepatickém portosystémovém shuntu (TIPS). Tato minimálně invazivní metoda se využívá při léčbě portální hypertenze, zejména při krvácení do trávicí trubice a při ascitu. Principem metody je snížení tlaku v portálním řečišti vytvořením spojky vedoucí jaterním parenchymem mezi větvemi portální a jaterní žíly. Výhodou metody je použití pouze …more
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis presents findings about transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS). This minimal invasive method is used during portal hypertension treatment, especially during bleeding into digestive tract and during ascites.
