Abstract:
Duálně specifické fosfatázy (DUSP) jsou enzymy, které defosforylují fosfoserinové/threoninové a fosfotyrozinové zbytky na jednom substrátu. V lidském genomu bylo popsáno několik typů DUSP-ů, které se liší substrátovou specifitou, subcelulární a tkáňovou lokalizací. Abstract:
Dual specificity phosphatases (DUSPs) are enzymes which dephosphorylate phosphoserine/threonine and phosphotyrosine residues of one substrate. Several DUSPs were described in the human genome. These DUSPs differ in substrate specificity, subcellular localisation and tissue expression.
