Percutaneous dilatation tracheotomy - nursery care of the respiratory passages of the patients with tracheotomy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Punkční dilatační tracheostomie - ošetřovatelská péče o dýchací cesty u pacientů s tracheostomií se ve své teoretické části zabývá vymezením pojmů punkční dilatační tracheostomie a konkrétními postupy péče o dýchací cesty v souladu s nejnovějšími poznatky a výzkumem doložitelným standardizovaným postupem odsávání, který patří mezi důležité manažerské kroky podporující vysokou kvalitu ošetřovatelské péče. Obsahem práce je i praktická část, která metodou anonymního dotazníkového šetření mapuje znalosti, nedostatky a postupy prováděné v praxi u všeobecných sester na odděleních intenzivní péče ve Vojenské nemocnici Olomouc a zjišťuje, do jaké míry se shodují s teoretickými fakty. Výsledky šetření byly využity pro vytvoření návrhu ke standardizovanému postupu odsávání z dýchacích cest, který by měl být jedním z mnoha standardizovaných postupů, které má mít vypracováno každé zdravotnické zařízení. Návrh ošetřovatelského standardu je součástí práce a jeho cílem by mělo sjednotit postupy a přispět ke zkvalitnění ošetřovatelské péče

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis Percutaneous dilatation tracheotomy - nursery care of the respiratory passages of the patients with tracheotomy is dealing with the determination of the terms percutaneous dilatation tracheotomy and specific procedures of the treatment of the respiratory passages according to the most recent findings and research that can be proved by standardized procedure of exhaustion, which belongs among important management steps supporting the high quality of nursery treatment. The thesis includes also practical part, which with the help of anonymous questionnaire survey covers knowledge, deficiencies and procedures applied in the work of the general nurses in Military hospital Olomouc and describes to what extent these data correspond to the theoretical facts. The outcomes of the survey were used to create a proposal for the standardized procedure of the exhaustion of the respiratory passages, which should be among the many standardized procedures that should be elaborated by every medical facility. The proposal of the nursery standard is included in the thesis and its purpose is to unify the procedures and contribute to the improvement of the nursery care
