Variability of algal communities in Růženin lom - diatoms as biological quality elements of the water ecological status in the course of the year
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnuji řasové flóře Růženina lomu, ponejvíce rozsivkám jakožto bioindikátorům stavu vody. V průběhu roku 2016 byly provedeny čtyři odběry na pěti místech. Bylo zjištěno celkem 136 druhů řas, z toho 78 druhů rozsivek, 43 druhů řas z dalších tříd a 15 druhů sinic. Na základě druhového složení a DCA analýzy programu CANOCO 5 byla odhadnuta trofie lomových jezírek.
Abstract:
In this thesis I study an algological flora in Růženin lom, mainly diatoms such as bioindicators of water condition. Samples was collected four times during 2016 in five different locations and as a result were 136 species of algae identified, which consisted of 78 diatom species, 43 species of algae from different classes and 15 species of cyanophytes.
