Content analysis of posts on social networks

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to compile the analysis and evaluate the status of marketing communication on individual social networks of the product PREMIUM COLLAGEN, whose distributor for the Slovak and Czech Republic is the company LEVY, s. r. o. located in Žilina and to prepare a proposal for adequate improvements. Primary and secondary sources will be used for the elaboration of the diploma thesis. The first chapter will be devoted to the definition of basic terms commonly used in the introduction to marketing, marketing communications on social networks, content analysis and their classification. We also characterize the social networks Facebook and Instagram and the creation and the forms of advertising that we can apply in their environment them. The second chapter will be devoted to the introduction of the product PREMIUM COLLAGEN. In the third chapter, the content analysis of the company's contributions to social networks will be performed. At the end of the work, the recommendations will be proposed to improve current communication on social networks based on the findings.

Abstract:

Cieľom diplomovej práce je zostaviť analýzu a vyhodnotiť stav marketingovej komunikácie na jednotlivých sociálnych sieťach produktu PRÉMIOVÝ KOLAGÉN, ktorého distribútor pre slovenskú a českú Republiku je firma LEVY, s. r. o. so sídlom v Žiline a pripraviť jej návrh adekvátnych zlepšení. K spracovaniu diplomovej práce budú využívané primárne i sekundárne zdroje. Prvá kapitola bude venovaná vymedzeniu základných pojmov do úvodu marketingu, marketingovej komunikácie na sociálnych sieťach, obsahovej analýze a ich klasifikácií. Taktiež charakterizujeme sociálne siete Facebook a Instagram respektíve tvorbu a formy reklamy, ktoré na nich môžeme využiť. Druhá kapitola bude venovaná predstaveniu produktu PRÉMIOVÝ KOLAGÉN. V tretej kapitole bude realizovaná obsahová analýza príspevkov firmy na sociálnych sieťach. V závere práce budú na základe zistených poznatkov navrhnuté odporúčania na zlepšenia súčasnej komunikácie na sociálnych sieťach.
