Process management change of product - elimination noisy of backrest seat

Abstract:

Obsahem diplomové práce je inovace vybraného produktu eliminace potencionálního hluku zadních opěrek. Teoretická část je zaměřena na životní cyklus produktu, inovace a řízení změn procesů. Praktická část řeší příčiny potencionálního hluku na opěrce, definování oblastí zón vzniku, návrhy variant pro jejich odstranění a výběr variant inovace. V závěru diplomové práce je uvedena implementace změn do výrobního procesu opěrek. Výsledkem této práce je úspěšná realizace inovace produktu zadních opěrek.

Abstract:

The main topic of this diploma thesis is inovation of defined product elimination of potential noise of the backrest seat. The initial part is focused on product lifecycle, inovation and process change management. The practical part describes a root cause analysis of potential noise of the backrest, definition of noise area and determination of solution to eliminate it. Finally, the thesis explains the implementation of changes of the backrest seat production process. The result is successful inovation of backrest seat.
