Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnuji vybraným benzo[c]fenanthridinovým alkaloidům a jejich interakci s nekanonickými strukturami DNA. Byl sledován vliv alkaloidů na různé typy jednořetězcových nekanonických struktur DNA – G-kvadruplexů porovnáním absorpčních a fluorescenčních vlastností roztoků v přítomnosti DNA a bez ní. In this thesis, certain benzo[c]phenanthridine alkaloids and their interaction to non-canonical structures of DNA were studied. Influence of alkaloids on various types of single-stranded non-canonical DNA structures (G-quadruplexes) was observed by determining the change of absorption and fluorescent spectra with and without present DNA.
