Abstract:
Diplomová práce na téma Aplikace Balanced Scorecard ve společnosti BATR šrot, a.s. obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je vysvětlena koncepce metody Balanced Scorecard, nástroje strategické analýzy a hodnocení výkonnosti INFA. Praktická část aplikuje nástroje. Cílem je zhodnocení situace podniku a sestavení strategické mapy.
Abstract:
This Master's thesis applies Balanced Scorecard in BATR šrot, a.s. It consists of theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part defines Balanced Scorecard components, tools of strategic analysis and INFA Performance Indicator Diagnostic System. Practical part applies the aforementioned tools. The outcome of this Master's thesis is a strategy map and evaluation of the company performance.
