Diplomová práce představí v teoretické části nejprve Celní správu jako celek, její historii a vývoj. Poté se zaměří na Odbor 6 - Dohled, které má tři oddělení, a to jsou oddělení 61 – Dohled nad subjekty, 62 – Mobilní dohled a oddělení 63 – Výkonové zpoplatnění. The theoretical part of the thesis will first introduce the Customs Administration as a whole, its history and development. It will then focus on Department 6 - Supervision, which has three departments, namely Department 61 - Entity Control, 62 - Mobile Surveillance and Department 63 - Performance Charging.
