Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to perform an analysis of the legislative requirements for a website of slovak's self-governing region and to find out the most problematic requirements and to show, how to correct (or create) a webpage so that it would be accessible.

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá bezbariérovosťou webových stránok samosprávnych krajov na Slovensku. Práca mapuje požiadavky hendikepovaných užívateľov na webové stránky. Webové sídla samosprávnych krajov sú podrobené hodnoteniu prístupnosti voči pravidlám prístupnosti podľa platnej legislatívy Slovenskej republiky a voči pravidlám vytvorenými konzorciom W3.
