Implementation of security policy in manufacture company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá bezpečnostní politikou ve výrobním podniku s ohledem na mezinárodní normy řady ISO/IEC 27000. Konkrétně se jedná o společnost, která dováží, balí a zpracovává koření. Tato práce by měla pomoci od současného, takřka neřízeného stavu bezpečnostní politiky společnosti, kde jsou ohroženy například důležité informace a data jako: receptury, know-how zpracovaní surovin, informace a komunikace s dodavateli, k lepšímu řízenému stavu. V teoretické části jsou představeny jednotlivé normy a jejich návaznosti, které budou sloužit jako podklad pro vyhotovení systému řízení bezpečnosti informací. V navazující praktické části práce, je provedena GAP analýza pro zjištění současného stavu bezpečnostní politiky ve společnosti, která je dále použita pro další část, kde je v konečné fázi navrhnuto konkrétní řešení zavedení bezpečnostní politiky informací a s tím související kroky.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on safety policy in manufacturing company with respect to the international standards of the ISO / IEC 27000 series. Specifically, it is a company that imports, packs and processes spices. This thesis should help with the current, almost uncontrolled state of the company's security policy where are for example important information and data such as: recipe, raw material processing know-how, information and communication with suppliers. In the theoretical part are introduced individual standards and their continuity which will be served for ISMS. In the following practical part of the thesis is GAP analysis which determine the current state of security policy in the company, which is then used for the next part, where is a concrete solution for implementing the information security policy and following final steps.
