Psychosocial needs of the clients at the Sheltered house in Fryšták

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje seniorům v sociálním zařízení a jejich psychosociálním potřebám. V první části shrnuje teoretické poznatky o změnách, které probíhají během procesu stárnutí, a vymezuje některé pojmy, které jsou spojeny se stářím a stárnutím. Dále práce popisuje potřeby psychické a také potřeby sociální. V závěru teoretické části se práce věnuje současné legislativě sociálních služeb a popisu zařízení, ve kterém výzkum probíhal. Ve druhé části je práce zaměřena na samotný proces výzkumu a prezentaci získaných dat. Obecné informace, jako věk, předchozí bydliště, zájmy, adaptace klienta, byly získány studiem spisové dokumentace. Na základě rozhovorů s klienty byla získána další data. Výzkum byl doplněn rozhovory s pracovnicemi v přímé péči. Sběr dat byl prováděn v Domově s chráněným bydlením ve Fryštáku. V závěrečné části diplomové práce jsem prezentovala získané kategorie, odpověděla na výzkumné otázky a zhodnotila výzkum s doporučením pro praxi.

Abstract:

The dissertation focuses on senior citizens living in the retirement facility and their psy-chosocial needs. The first part of the dissertation summarizes a theoretical knowledge of the changes occurring during the process of aging, and also defines some notions of the old age and aging. . It describes the psychological needs, as well as social Leeds. The final part of the disseration describes current social services legislation and the facility where the research took place. The second part of the dissertation is focused on the actual process of research and a presentation of the obtained data. General information, such as age, previous residence, hobbies, interests and the client's adaptation, was gained by studying the documentation files. More data were obtained thanks to the interviews with the clients. The research also included interviews with the direct care staff. The data were collected at the Sheltered housing in Frystak. In the final part of the dissertaion, I have presented the categories, answered the research questions and evaluated the research giving suggestions for the practice.
