Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vysoce průmyslově zpracovanými potravinami a jejich vlivem na zdraví. První kapitola teoretické části definuje pojem VPZP a zároveň rozděluje potraviny dle klasifikace NOVA. Přes rostoucí spotřebu VPZP ve světě a ČR se přesouvá k jejím vybraným nutričním aspektům a obsahu procesních kontaminantů. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with ultra-processed foods and their impact on health. The first chapter of the theoretical part contains the term UPFs and divides foods into four groups according to the system, called NOVA classification.
