Abstract:
Akutní plísňové onemocnění zvané syndrom bílého nosu způsobuje v Severní Americe masové vymírání netopýrů. Toto onemocnění způsobuje plíseň Geomyces destructans, jež je jediným patogenem v rodu. Ve své bakalářské práci testuji hypotézu o přítomnosti horizontálně přenesených genů v genomu plísně Geomyces destructans způsobujících její patogenitu. Abstract:
The emerging infectious disease white-nose syndrome causes mass mortality if bat populations in North America. Its causative agent is the fungus \textit{Geomyces destructans}, that is the only known pathogen from the genus.
